2025 Licensing Performance Measures:
One of DRE's primary responsibilities is to license real estate salespersons and brokers in California, including the administering of thousands of exams annually across five statewide exam centers. Consumer protection is at the forefront of this work, with the goal of ensuring those who become licensees are knowledgeable and well equipped to support consumers through real estate transactions.
