Actions Taken Against Course Providers

Formal disciplinary action has been filed by the Department of Real Estate against the below Pre-license/Statutory course providers and/or Continuing Education course providers. The person or entity has been notified that the Department's approval has been withdrawn and that they have been ordered to stop providing Pre-license/Statutory courses and/or Continuing Education courses based on specific violations of Real Estate Law. Before considering engaging the services of any of the persons or entities listed below, it would be prudent to inquire about the disposition of the action that has been filed against the respondent.
