New Subdivision Filing List
The data in the New Subdivision Filing List (NSF) represents all new applications for public reports received by the DRE during a given month. The list is comprehensive for the state and is sorted alphabetically by county. The developer's name, address and phone number are included in the list as they appeared on the application submitted to the DRE.
The only location information for the subdivision is the county. All other address information is for the developer.
Definition of Codes in the File Number:
- HF - Technical Unit, Sacramento (Time Shares In State)
- HS – Technical Unit, Sacramento (Time Shares Out of State)
- LA - Los Angeles
- SA - Sacramento
- FOO - Final Public Report
- SOO - Preliminary Public Report
