License Applications


RE 202 Salesperson License Application

RE 200 Broker License Application
 

These applications are only available if you have both:

  1. Applied for an exam using either an RE 400A Salesperson Exam Application ($100) or an RE 400B Broker Exam Aplication ($150)

    AND
     
  2. Passed the real estate examination within the past year
     

You must access these applications via eLicensing on the DRE website and then mail the application to DRE.

  1. Log into your eLicensing account or create an account
  2. Go to "Examination Services, Examination Records"
  3. Find the date you passed your exam and select "See Details"
  4. Select "Print License Application"
  5. Complete and mail the application to DRE. Be sure to include an original signature, licensing fee, and a completed RE 237 Live Scan Service Request form (or 2 fingerprint cards if you are out of state and cannot conduct a live scan). More Fingerprint Information.
