United States Attorney Benjamin B. Wagner announced that United States District Judge Lawrence J. O'Neill sentenced Robinson
Dinh Nguyen, 31, of Fresno today to 27 months in prison, to be followed by three years of supervised release, and ordered
him to pay $433,000 in restitution for conspiring to commit mail, wire and bank fraud in connection with his employment as a
real estate agent for Crisp & Cole Associates.
