DISCRIMINATION AGAINST PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES IS PROHIBITED BY LAW

If you feel you have been denied equal access to any Department of Real Estate (DRE) program, service or activity because
of a disability, you are encouraged to file a discrimination complaint under ADA Title II within 30 days of the alleged act
or discovery. The American Disability Act Complaint (RE 155)
form is available on the DRE's website at www.dre.ca.gov.
