Civil Code Section 1675
California Civil Code Section 1675 (g)(8) requires the Real Estate Commissioner to publish on the Department of Real Estate Web site the current dollar amount of the minimum purchase price, as it relates to certain condominium purchases. See Civil Code Section 1675 (g)(1)(B)(ii).
The current dollar amount is: $1,028,600
